Many churches address sexuality reactively; responding to crises, cultural pressure, or isolated issues rather than from a cohesive biblical vision. This plenary introduces a comprehensive framework for biblical sexuality rooted in Genesis 2:15–25 that integrates theology, discipleship, pastoral care, and ministry practice. Participants will explore how a unified framework helps the Church move from fragmentation and defensiveness to clarity, compassion, and credibility. This session equips leaders to disciple individuals and congregations with confidence, coherence, and gospel hope in a sexually broken world.
Professional Learning Objectives:
Articulate a biblically grounded framework for sexuality that moves beyond issue-based responses to a unified theological vision rooted in creation, fall, and redemption.
Identify common gaps and inconsistencies in current church approaches to sexuality and explain how a coherent framework strengthens pastoral care, discipleship, and public witness.
Apply the framework practically to teaching, counseling, and ministry leadership contexts in ways that are faithful, compassionate, and missionally effective.
